National Medal of Honor Museum

In October 2019, the city of Arlington was selected as the home site for the National Medal of Honor Museum. Arlington entered the competition for the home site search as an underdog and emerged as the winner. Mayor, council and staff collaborated with our federal, state, county, and business partners to make this moment possible. As a council member during the press conference announcement, I was extremely humble and proud to be apart of something special in Arlington. This achievement elevated our great city to the national spotlight. What an honor! After the press conference, my wife and I had the amazing opportunity to meet Bruce Crandall, a medal of honor recipient.
